	MY STUDIO Creativity is a very powerful process. When I approach this process sometimes I have to forget the entire outside world as I enter my inner sanctuary... my studio. There my mind can wander between dimensions or work in coordination with my subconscious mind to deliver images of pure imagination. It is there... in my studio that I often also sit alone to think as one soul who is about to record a moment with life. Every emotion, idea, feeling and thought is conveyed + translated onto the board or canvas which becomes my tape recorder. What thoughts will be exchanged? What thoughts will be of importance? Everyday brings me new experiences. Each new experience retains its own individual character that is different, unique and alive. There on my worktables, lies “my dear and trusted friends” that have never ever failed me. They are my palette of paints, my tainted towels and seasoned brushes... powerful tools that have enabled me to breathe meaning + life into my work. When my hands are covered with paint at the end of the day, I usually know that its time to take a break... until tomorrow, when again... I will escape back into my studio.
